Village Connections
Route 1

Schuyler County Transit operates a fixed route between the villages of Montour Falls, Odessa, and Watkins Glen.

Tompkins Connections 
Route 6

This commuter service connects riders from Schuyler Hospital, Montour Falls, Watkins Glen and the Route 79 corridor to Enfield Park and Ride (TCAT Route 20) and Cayuga Medical Center (TCAT Route 14).

Elmira Connections

Route 7

Schuyler County Transit is operating a NEW ROUTE providing transportation connectivity between Chemung and Schuyler Counties.

Corning Connections
Route 2

This route connects riders from Montour Falls and Watkins Glen to the Corning Transportation Center. 

Rural Flex Connections
Routes 3 & 5

This flexible commuter service connects riders from Burdett, Bennettsburg, Reynoldsville, and Hector areas to Watkins Glen. Service is a combination of demand response and regular fixed service.  

Reservations required for pick ups in some areas.

Shopper Shuttle
Route 8

Schuyler County Transit is pleased to be able to offer a Shopper Shuttle, pilot program, every Saturday this August, 2025.  

  • The Shuttle offers service in Odessa, Montour Falls, and Watkins Glen using an express version our Village Connections Routes.  This allows for quicker trips providing more direct access to our most popular bus stops at Tops/CVS Plaza and Walmart.  
  • The Shopper Shuttle is made possible with funds provided by the National Aging and Disability Transportation Center (NADTC). The NADTC is administered by Easterseals and USAging, with funding from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and guidance provided by the Administration for Community Living.
