Non-Discrimination and Title VI Notice
Schuyler County Transit (operated by The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler), operates its programs and services without regards to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discrimination practice under Title VI may file a complaint with Schuyler County Transit by writing or calling: The Mobility Manager for Schuyler County | The Arc Chemung-Schuyler | 203 12th Street | Watkins Glen, NY 14891. You may also make a complaint by contacting the County Administrator at Schuyler Count, 607.535.8106. A complainant may file a complaint directly to the NYS Department of Transportation by contacting the Title VI Unit in NYSDOT's Office of Civil Rights: NYSDOT | 50 Wolf Road | Albany, NY 12232 | Phone: 518.457.1129 | Email: OCR_TitleVI@dot.state.ny.us. Complaint forms may also be acquired at any of the NYSDOT 11 Regional Offices.
A complainant may file a complaint with the Federal Transit Administration by filing a complaint with the: Office of Civil Rights | Attn: Title VI Program Coordinator | East Building, 5th Floor - TCR | 1200 New Jersey Avenue, SE | Washington, DC 20590.
