This service is reserved for those riders who are approved through an application process to use this service because they have a disability or condition that prevents them from getting to or from the nearest bus stop. This service may not be used for convenience or timeliness.

There is a route deviation fee of 50¢ per route deviation plus the fixed route fare. Example: Approved paratransit applicants who want to go from their house to Wal-Mart will pay the 50¢ fare + 50¢ for the route deviation in order to be picked up at their door instead of the nearest bus stop. This makes the total one-way fare $1.00.
