Dial-A-Ride Service
Dial-A-Ride transportation to Watkins Glen and Montour Falls is available to all residents of Schuyler County. There are no eligibility requirements and no applications to complete to utilize Dial-A-Ride transportation to Watkins Glen and Montour Falls. Transportation to Watkins Glen and Montour Falls is available on: Monday and Friday: 8 AM - 4 PM ; Tuesday: 8 AM - 11 AM; Wednesday: 1 PM - 3 PM.
Please Note: Effective February 1, 2013 - In response to rider feedback, the following changes will be made to Schuyler County Transit's Dial-A-Ride service on Fridays only. Riders who use Dial-A-Ride service on Fridays should consider this change when arranging appointments. The change will help alleviate crowded buses and wait time and help Schuyler County Transit provide quality service to riders.

Paratransit transportation for non emergency medical appointments
is available to Schuyler County residents who qualify as having a
disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act or who are
approved through a contract agency on the following schedule:
Corning: Thursday, 1 PM - 3 PM
Elmira, Horsheads, Big Flats, and
Southport: Wednesday and Thursday 8 AM - 11 AM
Ithaca:
Tuesday 1 PM - 3 PM
For transportation to Corning, Elmira, Horseheads, Big Flats, Southport, and Ithaca, riders must complete a Dial-A-Ride application to verify eligibility. Click here to print the PDF applicaton. Applications may also be picked up at 203 Twelfth Street on Watkins Glen, the Schuyler County Office of the Aging at the Human Service Complex in Montour Falls, and senior housing complexes in Schuyler County. Fare is determined based upon location of pick up and destination.
